Q2 How to book an appointment on the website?

Booking is simple: Select your destination country and preferred medical city, fill in your personal, passport, and visa details, choose your profession under the 'Apply For' section, and confirm your appointment date. Our automated support and operations team will guide you through instant updates.

Q3 Can the applicant cancel the Slip after generating?

Yes, applicants can cancel or request a cancellation of their medical slip through our platform by visiting the "Cancel Appointment" section or contacting our support team directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Q4 Can the applicant choose specific medical center?

No, the Wafid (GAMCA) system automatically assigns an authorized medical center randomly based on the city selected during the registration process to maintain transparency and fairness.

Q5 Can the applicant change the city after generating the slip?

Once a medical slip is officially generated with a designated city and assigned medical center, it generally cannot be modified directly. However, you can cancel the current slip and generate a new one, or contact our support team for urgent assistance.

Q6 If an Applicant has a valid medical report on the system, when the applicant can rebook another appointment again?

An applicant cannot book a new medical appointment while they have an active or valid medical report in the system. You can only rebook after the current report expires (typically valid for 90 days from the examination date) or if the previous slip has expired/been officially cancelled.

Q7 Can the applicant change the examination Date?

The medical test must ideally be conducted on the scheduled date mentioned on your slip. If you experience last-minute changes or emergencies, you should immediately contact our operations team via phone or text so we can assist with rescheduling.

Q8 Can the applicant change the expiry date of the report?

No, the validity and expiry dates of GCC medical reports are standardized by health authorities (typically 90 days) and cannot be manually extended or changed once issued.

Q9 What are the cases that are evaluated as unfit status?

An applicant is evaluated as "Unfit" if they test positive for chronic or communicable diseases during the medical examination (such as HIV, Hepatitis B/C, Tuberculosis, active chest X-ray abnormalities, or other critical health conditions regulated by GCC health laws).
